A CASA NIULINCA
Jean-Joseph Acquaviva's restaurant that treats its customers with hams, sausages and other meat specialties in Calacuccia
Jean-Joseph Acquaviva, a producer of Corsican charcuterie since 1989 in the Niolu region, delights customers with his hams, sausages and other charcuterie specialties. Responding to demand, this artisan decided to open a Corsican snack bar in 1995, featuring crêpes made with chestnut flour. Year after year, the cuisine became more and more elaborate, until, in 2000, A Casa Niulinca became a fully-fledged restaurant. Today, head chef Jean-Pierre Acquaviva works alongside his father in this quality family home.
