In the old town above the port, Le Tire-Bouchon offers old-fashioned cuisine, rich in the Mediterranean know-how of the owner, Maria du Lido. On the menu: cuttlefish in ink, Corsican veal osso buco cooked at low temperature, long-cooked beef ribs, brocciu fritters, Sicilian-style octopus salad and homemade desserts. When it comes to drinks, Corsican wines take pride of place, of course! It's the ideal place to discover traditional Corsican cuisine at a very reasonable price.

Serveur drôle et très serviable, plats absolument délicieux, que ce soit le sanglier, le veau aux olives ou les boulettes façon thomas. Les sauces sont incroyables. Les desserts terminent aussi sur une bonne note. Je recommande chaudement. Les prix restant plus que raisonnables. 30€ par personne, vin compris.
