In the old town above the port, Le Tire-Bouchon offers old-fashioned cuisine, rich in the Mediterranean know-how of the owner, Maria du Lido. On the menu: cuttlefish in ink, Corsican veal osso buco cooked at low temperature, long-cooked beef ribs, brocciu fritters, Sicilian-style octopus salad and homemade desserts. Charmant petit restaurant dans la rue Clémenceau qui reste très animé à cet époque de l'année.'Juin.'
Cuisine élaboré avec des produits frais, ambiance familiale Corse .
Personnel avenant et très gentil patron sympathique. Je recommande je vous souhaite que le meilleur pour la suite..Merci infiniment ????????
