At the end of the Marine, an elegant terrace with tablecloths, whose specialty is above all local fishing from the Gulf of Calvi. The chef will take you on a journey around the world with each preparation, using seasonal produce and rediscovering the flavors and quality of vegetables: swimming king prawns with porcini consommé, beef wellington with red wine ice cream, a childhood cigar souvenir in trompe l'oeil. Everything here is professional, from the welcome to the presentation of tasty, original dishes. A wonderful discovery!
