Tucked away in the Calvese alleyways behind the church of Sainte-Marie-Majeure, U Minellu offers an excellent Corsican menu with starter, main course and dessert. On the menu: plate of farmhouse charcuterie from Petralba, homemade wild boar terrine, zucchini and mint fritters, Corsican veal polpetti, sardines stuffed with brocciu and veal lasagne, pastizzu, chocolate and chestnut mousse duo. Everything is tasty! The restaurant is decorated in a brocante spirit, and you can buy the furniture you like. A must-see!
