Corsican restaurant hidden in the Calvados streets and located behind the church of Sainte-Marie-Majeure
Tucked away in the Calvese alleyways behind the church of Sainte-Marie-Majeure, U Minellu offers an excellent Corsican menu with starter, main course and dessert. On the menu: plate of farmhouse charcuterie from Petralba, homemade wild boar terrine, zucchini and mint fritters, Corsican veal polpetti, sardines stuffed with brocciu and veal lasagne, pastizzu, chocolate and chestnut mousse duo. Everything is tasty! The restaurant is decorated in a brocante spirit, and you can buy the furniture you like. A must-see!

On sent qu’on est dans un restaurant local avec de la cuisine locale, et ça fait toute la différence par rapport aux nombreux restaurants qui donnent directement sur le port.
Les travers de porc sont excellents, le plat du jour l’était aussi, et le service agréable.
On se sent bien et on mange bien.
