Corsican restaurant hidden in the Calvados streets and located behind the church of Sainte-Marie-Majeure

Tucked away in the Calvese alleyways behind the church of Sainte-Marie-Majeure, U Minellu offers an excellent Corsican menu with starter, main course and dessert. On the menu: plate of farmhouse charcuterie from Petralba, homemade wild boar terrine, zucchini and mint fritters, Corsican veal polpetti, sardines stuffed with brocciu and veal lasagne, pastizzu, chocolate and chestnut mousse duo. Everything is tasty! The restaurant is decorated in a brocante spirit, and you can buy the furniture you like. A must-see!

Très très belle découverte dans une petite ruelle typiquement Corse.

Des plats excellents avec du produit frais. Travers de porc cuit pendant 7h dans son vin rouge juste incroyable.

La serveuse était au top du top.

Souriante et avenante elle m’a très bien conseillé pour le vin rouge ????
