Very easy to find at the airport traffic circle, La Fringale was taken over in 2024 by Mousse, well known to Calvais locals. The change is also aesthetic, with a new decor, and you'll feel right at home on the new terrace or behind the bay window, as if you were in a garden surrounded by plants, with a lovely panorama to boot. The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented, the dishes simple, well served and reasonably priced. The pizza is wood-fired. It's the place to be for Calvais locals and discerning tourists alike, and everything is homemade, right down to the desserts.
