At Umami, which means "fifth flavor" in Japanese, the cuisine is refined and original. À la carte: tartare of fresh Label Rouge salmon and granny smith apples, octopus, steamed potatoes and chorizo en persillade, fish soup or homemade foie gras terrine marinated in myrtle, grilled fresh tuna steak and teriyaki noodles... It's hard to resist the desserts, presented before your very eyes - the hardest part is choosing! The pretty view of the harbor and the elegant decor top it all off.

Nous avons souhaité écouté de la musique corse, ce qui a été fait immédiatement ( dommage que le restaurant à quelques pas avait la musique beaucoup trop forte). Nous recommandons fortement ????
