La Chiesa è situata in una piccola Piazza nel Centro Storico di Calvi; semplice all'esterno, circolare all'interno con svariate Cappelle tutto intorno, belle le piccole sculture che raccontano le Stazioni della Via Crucis, carino l'Organo sulla balconata, bello l'Altare principale con il piccolo Coro sul retro, la Chiesa è caratterizzata in modo particolare dalla presenza di innumerevoli Statue dei Santi (Giovanna d'Arco, San Giuseppe, la Madonna col Bambino, San Rocco, per citarne alcune).

Originality
Eglise Sainte Marie Majeur est l’un des monuments très visitée à Calvi. Moins austère que la cathédrale, celle-ci est reconnaissable avec sa façade rose et or. Ce qui est agréable aussi c’est la petite place ombragée qui rajoute un certain cachet à l’église. La visite étant gratuite il ne faut pas hésiter à rentrer et contempler l’intérieur.

this church is situee in the centre of calvi in real the pietonnieres. It is baroque style pink and white beige with its bell tower it is magnificent D elsewhere all the world S stops in front of and visit it because the same interior it has is beautiful! to see absolutely
