The owner, with his strong character, prepares wood-grilled meats and fish from the Giottani navy. Delicatessen and Corsican cheeses are also on the menu. Bon produits et belle cave à vin, côte de porc un peu fine et pomme de terre manque de cuisson en revanche l'espadon très bon.
Je ne mettrais plus jamais les pieds ici alors que je vis en Corse du sud !
Fin de réservation annulé parce que ça devenait insupportable, je vous conseil un hôtel juste à côté bien plus professionnel, le Palma.
Au moins là bas ils ont le respect des clients !
Au passage, voilà ce que répond le patron lorsqu'il a un mauvais avis plutôt que de se remettre en question :
