Un symbole du Cap corse” -- Moulin Mattei
fut édifié vers 1870 par Louis Napoléon MATTEI qui est célèbre par son apéritif à base de vin cuit et d'écorce de quinquina - il faut emprunter un petit sentier caillouteux pour y accéder et découvrir un superbe panorama sur le port de Centuri ( célèbre pour la pèche à la langouste )
