A pearl of the Balagne region and a colourful character. Guy Savelli is passionate about history and more particularly about the history of Corsica. His museum, the result of forty years of research, houses an impressive collection of portraits, maps, period posters, handwritten letters, old musical instruments, old books on the history of Corsica, paintings from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, drawings, manuscripts on parchment, styli... A lovely journey through parts of Corsica‘s beginnings with some very interesting narrations of Guy’s amazing collection by the man himself. Thank you guy for the great afternoon. We really enjoyed the collection and hope to bring my in-laws soon. They are going to love it! A definite stop if you’re in the area. See you soon, Célia and Arturo !

Un retour dans le temps grâce à une riche collection en tout genre et avec des pièces assez rares voir introuvables. Hôte passionné très accueillant et sympathique. Expérience très satisfaisante et gratuite. N'oubliez pas pour les moins radins qu'une boîte est prévue pour continuer de faire vivre ce musée original.

Il n’y a pas de mots pour décrire convenablement ce musée, il faut impérativement y aller soi même !
Une expérience hors du commun et hors du temps, tout ça dans la maison de notre hôte, avec un accueil incroyable.
Guy est un homme passionné qui saura assouvir votre soif de connaissances !
