Restaurant with terrace located in the small streets of Cortina in the historic heart of the city Paolina.

The food at M. Guiffes is as good as ever, in the historic heart of the Paolina city. Well-priced! From a la carte to menus, you can enjoy zucchini terrine with tomato coulis, real peasant soup, wild boar stew with myrtle berries and fiadone with salted butter caramel, all at pre-euro prices. Several dishes are labelled "Veggie" on the menu. A good place to get your strength back before tackling the nearby citadel. The lovely, welcoming terrace can even be closed in bad weather.

Open from early April to October. Open daily and on public holidays from 12pm to 2.30pm and from 7pm to 10pm. Reservations recommended. Single menu at €25 (Corsican menu). Le 29/09. Accueil parfait comme savent le faire les corses ! Des plats du terroir excellents et une ambiance sympathique. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas decus ! Ne tenez pas compte des mauvaises appréciations, elles sont teintées d'une mauvaise foi évidente ! Dommage !
