The food at M. Guiffes is as good as ever, in the historic heart of the Paolina city. Well-priced! From a la carte to menus, you can enjoy zucchini terrine with tomato coulis, real peasant soup, wild boar stew with myrtle berries and fiadone with salted butter caramel, all at pre-euro prices. Several dishes are labelled "Veggie" on the menu. A good place to get your strength back before tackling the nearby citadel. The lovely, welcoming terrace can even be closed in bad weather.

Les filets de bœuf étaient parfaits et l’omelette au brocciu et à la menthe a ravi les papilles des plus difficiles !
Les desserts maisons ont été la cerise sur le gâteau si je puis dire.
Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil chaleureux. Nous avons été chouchouté.
