The food at M. Guiffes is as good as ever, in the historic heart of the Paolina city. Well-priced! From a la carte to menus, you can enjoy zucchini terrine with tomato coulis, real peasant soup, wild boar stew with myrtle berries and fiadone with salted butter caramel, all at pre-euro prices. Several dishes are labelled "Veggie" on the menu. A good place to get your strength back before tackling the nearby citadel. The lovely, welcoming terrace can even be closed in bad weather.

Nous sommes revenus deux fois lors de notre séjour à Corte
Nous recommandons vivement le "Menu Corse" en commençant par la soupe, suivie des tagliatelles au sanglier et du fromage pour le dessert.

Il y avait même un menu végétarien. Les portions sont bonnes et de grande qualité. Le restaurant a un très bel espace extérieur et le service était exemplaire.
