This gourmet address nestled in the pretty Sainte-Croix ramp is a sure bet! Stéphane Fabiani's dishes are pantagruelian yet affordable. You'll love the traditional Corsican recipes, the exceptional meats (from Galicia, Black Angus, organic and Normandy...) grilled over a wood fire before your very eyes, as well as the large salads and generous desserts. All served on the terrace or in cozy rooms heated by an open fire. The atmosphere is good, the service quick and attentive.

Restaurant connu et reconnu à Corte. C'est une adresse sûre pour y manger une excellente viande. Les desserts sont très bons aussi.

Nous adorons venir dans ce restaurant et jamais déçu. Viande juste excellente. Serveur au top, tout comme le patron et sa maman tout aussi agréable. Le lieu est cosy et chaleureux.
A réserver à l'avance comme dans tous les bons restaurants. Je recommande !

Ce que tu adores manger se retrouve dans ton assiette !! Assez varié sur la carte et surtout des grillades au petit feu de bûches un délice ! Service doux, et surtout un café gourmand au tooop !!
