This gourmet address nestled in the pretty Sainte-Croix ramp is a sure bet! Stéphane Fabiani's dishes are pantagruelian yet affordable. You'll love the traditional Corsican recipes, the exceptional meats (from Galicia, Black Angus, organic and Normandy...) grilled over a wood fire before your very eyes, as well as the large salads and generous desserts. All served on the terrace or in cozy rooms heated by an open fire. The atmosphere is good, the service quick and attentive.

Très bonne cuisine familiale au feu de bois dans un joli cadre et avec une équipe très sympa ! Les portions sont copieuses et les produits de qualité (la côte de veau au feu de bois était délicieuse, le gâteau à la châtaigne maison également)
