Right in the heart of historic Corte, Emmanuelle is on the terrace, Jean-François is cooking, and the gourmands are already seated! The alchemy works: the plates are elegant, the flavors subtle and the dishes generous. Everything is simmered on the spot. The hardest part is choosing between pasta with gambas, fresh trout pan-fried with nepita and homemade Corsican veal sausage. Vegetarians are not forgotten: a bowl, cannelloni with brocciu and a wok of crunchy vegetables are also on the menu. A highly recommended classic!
