A family restaurant open all year round for two decades on the ascent leading to the Citadel. You will find a simple Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, meat and pizzas, in the summer a Corsican menu with multiple choices and in winter meat cooked over a wood fire on the fireplace that sits in the middle of the room. We recommend the entrecote pizzaiolo (tomato sauce, ham, mushroom, cheese, capers, all baked au gratin in the oven) or Corsican lamb with cannelloni in brocciu. Discreet service and good value for money in the heart of the Paoline city.
