The Authentic is an elegant restaurant on the Cours Paoli. Opened in 2011 by two local brothers, Adrien is in the kitchen and François in the dining room. A creative cuisine, generous in taste entirely home-made with seasonal products: terrine of duck foie gras, crispy Saint Pierre cheese, red mullet with saffron sauce crushed potato with olives, duck breast with chanterelle mushrooms sauce and home-made and minute desserts for a real freshness. An attentive team for a gourmet moment of elegance and professionalism in the heart of Corte.

Il porte très bien son nom. Accueil extra. Cuisine de qualité, copieux, que du fait maison, service au top, des cocktails à tomber. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Filet de Daurade et brochettes de bœuf marinées, un régal. Bref, perfect ????Je recommande vivement !!! La bise des Tarnais et à très bientôt.
