The Authentic is an elegant restaurant on the Cours Paoli. Opened in 2011 by two local brothers, Adrien is in the kitchen and François in the dining room. A creative cuisine, generous in taste entirely home-made with seasonal products: terrine of duck foie gras, crispy Saint Pierre cheese, red mullet with saffron sauce crushed potato with olives, duck breast with chanterelle mushrooms sauce and home-made and minute desserts for a real freshness. An attentive team for a gourmet moment of elegance and professionalism in the heart of Corte.

Je me joins aux nombreux commentaires positifs. Le repas est arrivé en même temps et rapidement. C'était super bien présenté et encore meilleur !

Dans un magnifique cadre, terrasse agréable et ombragée donnant sur la rue principale. Accueil très sympathique, service attentionné, un bracelet a été offert a chacune de nos 3 filles :) assiettes copieuses et cuisine délicieuse (linguine aux cèpes miam !) nous recommandons unanimement!
