THE HOLY CROSS CHAPEL
A chapel with a slightly dilapidated exterior and an interior in the same style as the Saint-Roch oratory in Bastia.
Every year, on December 5, the podestat was elected. Inside, a beautiful grey Restonica marble floor. The single nave has interesting trompe l'oeil features and you will find a baroque altarpiece and a beautiful Italian-style organ with its crossbow loft whose railing is decorated with painted panels. The Holy Cross Chapel is the starting point for the famous Granitola. In spite of a slightly dilapidated external facade, this chapel houses a rich interior in the same style as the oratory of Saint-Roch de Bastia.
