The most accessible itinerary between Melo and Capitello lakes, lasting 3h30 round trip.

These places are particularly renowned and popular during the summer season. The starting point is the Grotelle sheepfolds, perched at 1,370 meters at the end of the Restonica valley road. Lac de Melu lies at 1,700 meters, while Capitellu peaks at 1,930 meters. Head for Lac de Melu, which you can reach in an hour. Then follow the lakeshore, cross the stream and gaze at Lac de Capitellu.
