Created in 1981 by mother Cristiani Francine, this patisserie has now been courageously taken over by son Guy. Here, you can enjoy all the sweet and savoury specialities of Haute-Corse. First and foremost, try the savoury brocciu doughnut made on the premises, as well as the sweet banana, apple and chocolate doughnuts... I was in search of famous Corsican doughnuts for my whole holiday and I am so glad I found this beautiful little cafe in Corte. It’s located off the bitten tourist path and it has a very authentic feel. They have fresh savoury and sweet doughnuts (all of them sooo good!), and some other deliciously looking pastries. What a pleasure to visit a family run store, with traditions passed from generation to generation. Thank you and all the best to you all! ????????
