In 1996, Armelle and Dominique Sialelli opened Brasserie Pietra, the first brewery in the history of Corsica, in a unique, unspoilt environment, and created a recipe that is unique in the world: Pietra, a chestnut beer. This craft brewery rigorously selects its raw materials, to guarantee the production of exclusive, high-quality recipes: Pietra, Pietra Bionda, Pietra Rossa, Colomba, the white beer with maquis herbs, Colomba Rosée, Pietra IPA, organic and gluten-free Pietra blonde or white and the latest Pietra summer session IPA.
Becoming even more "eco-responsible" is the credo of Hugo Sialelli, Armelle and Dominique's son, who has now taken over management of the Brasserie. Under his impetus: heat recovery, lightweight bottles, water recovery and treatment... not forgetting the Co2 recuperator. All these measures have significantly reduced the brewery's carbon footprint, water consumption and energy consumption. Hugo has no intention of stopping there, and a number of projects are under development to further reduce consumption, including a line of returnable glasses..

Open July and August, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm, rest of the year by appointment only for groups of 10 or more, except Saturdays and Sundays. Free admission. Guided tour 30 to 45 min.

To offer you the very best, the brewery carefully selects its raw materials and uses high-performance equipment. It also offers other interesting ranges, including Serena, a pure malt blonde, Colomba, a white beer, and Corsican IPA. This ever-innovative establishment has also just launched new recipes: Pietra Berrylicious, Pietra Calvados Ale and Pietra Dolce Sour Ale. It also has an online store where you can discover all its ranges of Corsican beers and other goodies bearing the brand's effigy. A good address for beer lovers!

Une bière Corse à la farine de châtaigne. C’est surprenant mais cela existe. La brasserie se situe à Furiani. Elle est vendue ambrée ou blonde en bouteille ou en demi. Elle peut aussi être aromatisée avec des parfums (Cerise, framboise, mure) Son gout étonnamment est doux et agréable. Celle-ci doit être servie bien fraiche surtout par forte chaleur. A boire avec modération car celle-ci est légèrement alcoolisée. J’ai très bien apprécié son goût et sa couleur. Avis aux amateurs…
