Restaurant on stilts in an unspoilt natural setting offering shellfish and fish from Corsican fisheries.
This is a historic address, founded by the Bronzini de Caraffa family over 30 years ago. The restaurant is at the end of the pontoon on the water and on stilts, well integrated into the landscape. Here, you can enjoy shellfish and fish from the local fishery: mussels, oysters, whole fish, seafood platters, fried fish... Enjoy your meal in an exceptionally preserved environment. Fish swim beneath your feet, and sunsets over the pond are always sublime, with a cocktail in hand.

On m'a demandé de m'asseoir dans le couloir près de la caisse.
Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Les réservations concernaient surtout de grandes tables avec des familles.
J'appelle ça de la discrimination, l'endroit est magnifique. Le menu promettait de bonnes choses.
Dommage que l'hospitalité prenne le pas sur le commerce.
