Restaurant on stilts in an unspoilt natural setting offering shellfish and fish from Corsican fisheries.

This is a historic address, founded by the Bronzini de Caraffa family over 30 years ago. The restaurant is at the end of the pontoon on the water and on stilts, well integrated into the landscape. Here, you can enjoy shellfish and fish from the local fishery: mussels, oysters, whole fish, seafood platters, fried fish... Enjoy your meal in an exceptionally preserved environment. Fish swim beneath your feet, and sunsets over the pond are always sublime, with a cocktail in hand.

Nous avons pris 2 menus á 23 e : soupe de poisson bonne , assortiment de poissons fades avec ratatouille et pommes de terre pas cuites , et riz au lait á la chataigne correct . La 3 eme personne a pris une paella inscrite á la carte , trés décevante , 4 moules pas cuites , 2 crevettes ,1 bout d'encornet et un bout de poisson qui se battaient en duel , tout cela dans une poignée de riz sans goût agrémenté de plusieurs petits pois congelés! La mousse au chocolat était correcte ...

Ne vaut pas le détour, continuer votre route... Rien de frais, que des produit congeler mal cuit. Même la vue n à rien d exceptionnel. Je ne comprends pas comment une adresse comme celle là peut apparaître sur le petit futé. Meilleure cuisine au Flunch qu ici !

un endroit exceptionnel sur l'eau en dehors du temps et de l'agitation, un des endroits à ne pas manquer en Corse. Cuisine fraiche et faisant honneur aux produits locaux, ambiance cordiale et simple, un grand bol de bonheur !
