It's true that the straw hut is pretty, with its refreshing sea breeze, and the decor is trendy and meticulous, with a feminine attention to detail, but it's the team's sense of hospitality that makes the difference, and that's also reflected in the dishes. Marion and Frédéric created Ghiso Beach in 2021, and their success is no accident. At lunchtime, salads, burgers and tartars, and in the evening, the brazier for local meats and fish planchas, all carefully prepared and truly generous cuisine in the purest Corsican tradition!
