Stop off in Ghisoni to sample the fabulous pizzas, meats, salads and desserts prepared by the family team at this welcoming address. The veal - or lamb - skewer with its famous homemade potato gratin is a unanimous favorite. Catherine's Corsican Burger too. Or what about? Zucchini fritters and cheese fritters, not to mention homemade desserts and artisanal ice creams. You should know that this house, which is active in summer, is back in service during the ski season, when skiing is practiced.

Bière du village très bonne, planche Corse généreuse, pâtes au roquefort excellentes et généreuses, très bonnes glaces... C'est un sans faute, c'était top !

Très bons plats, personnel courtois et sympathique, une belle découverte dans l'intérieur de la Corse.

Très bien accueilli, le petit village est mignon. On a juste pris une boisson mais on peut aussi manger. Le patron est tres sympa, pas cher. 1,50€ le café 2,50€ le coca, 11€ la pizza. Je conseil
