In an exceptional environment overlooking the Costa Serena, halfway between Bastia and Figari, on a property of a hundred hectares, this cheese factory is an essential stop on the road of Corsican flavours. The structure markets about fifteen references of cheeses, six with goat's milk, eight with sheep's milk... The cheese dairy has managed to preserve its ancestral know-how by adapting it to a modern infrastructure that meets European health standards. The ideal place to stock up on Tommettes, Tomes, Brocciu and other Crottins.
