Perched on a mountainside, the medieval village of Lama, home to the famous international and island film festival, has been welcoming thousands of festival-goers every summer for the past 30 years. As the narrow road leading to the village is a one-way street, you'll need to leave early! On site, the cobbled lanes will lead you to the four projection sites, including the prestigious "Piscine" overlooking the Agriate. Bathed in starlight and the scent of the maquis, the site lends a fairytale sensuality to the technically perfect projections that is unrivalled to this day.
