Thibault offers his specialty of wood-fired grilled meat marinated in herbs from the maquis every evening: lamb chops, pork chops, individual beef chops, mixed skewers, meat of Corsican origin. On the slate every day suggestions, salad, ravioli, tartar, hamburger "Corsu" and some fish. A very calm terrace shaded and covered and a young and dynamic reception. The desserts are homemade, and the ice creams are made in Saint-Florent. A selection of Corsican wines and beers and a good mood guaranteed.
