This typical sun-drenched building is home to the artisanal biscuit factory Salvatori, established over fifty years ago. In the workshop adjacent to the shop are made small biscuits, and not just any biscuits: the canistrellis, typical of the area. Crunchy and without eggs, they come in many flavours: almond, hazelnut, aniseed, amaretti, chestnut, lemon, chocolate chips, vanilla-caramel? Another flagship product is the softer, softer tourtellinis. The moment of pleasure: drink a coffee accompanied by a canistrelli on the terrace of the shop.

De passage dans le coin et la devanture est juste magnifique et quand on rentre et que l on rencontre Monsieur c est encore mieux !! Pas mal de choix , nous ramenons avec nous à la planche des belles filles plein de bonnes choses !! Merci pour votre accueil ????

Wir haben die Biscuiterie in einer deutschen Doku gesehen und wollten unbedingt vorbei schauen. Die Gebäcke sind super lecker und auch preislich in Ordnung. Man kann toll unter einem großen Baum sitzen und einen Kaffe dazu genießen. Man wird total herzlich empfangen und darf sich durchprobieren. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und haben 6 Päckchen Kekse als Andenken mitgenommen.

Die ganze Familie packt in der Backstube mit an und vorne im kleinen Laden gibt es die korsischen Leckereien zu probieren und zu kaufen.
Bei unserem Besuch standen wir heute plötzlich mitten in der Backstube und konnten erleben, mit welcher Freude hier alle bei der Arbeit sind. Ein großartiges Erlebnis!
