The successor to Rose-Marie, La Plage stretches out in its simplest form in the middle of the Corsican maquis. A bucolic crossing over the Chiosura leads you to the paillote. Look forward to a gastronomic moment out of time: on a wild beach, lulled by the murmur of the waves, you'll savor exquisite dishes and delicious fresh fish, mouth watering and foaming at the mouth, in a subdued atmosphere. Afterwards, you'll be offered the traditional myrtle liqueur, before heading back to Chiosura with your taste buds and your heart in your mouth. To be experienced!
