This craftsman produces a 100% Corsican mustard in an astonishing range: with maquis herbs, lemon, clementine, honey, myrtle or honey-chestnut, etc. And the workshop tests new flavours every season. What would you say to an entrecote steak with hazelnut mustard or a raw fish with clementine mustard? The great chefs work with Linguizzetta mustard. For the fields in flower, it is in April.
