In the large and lively square of the small village of Loreto, you can see the discreet sign of the Albertini delicatessen. Here you will find a wide range of home-made cold meats: coppa, lonzu, prisuttu, pancetta, bulagna and sausages. Figatelli, head and belly cheeses only in the winter season. Don't hesitate to call if you don't see anyone, they will come down from their house to serve you! In the summer, you can taste our cold meats, home-made cheese, jam, cheese or chestnut flour fritters.

En commande à distance via l'internet ou sur le marché d'Ile Rousse depuis bien longtemps ma référence. Une charcuterie authentique aux saveurs... " Nustrale" !

Nous sommes alles a loreto il y a environ 8 a 9 ans depuis on commande la charcuterie toujours aussi délicieuse et elle a conquis les amis et on est a 1000kms

En voiture, à moto, quel plaisir de parcourir à chaque fois les petites routes et les beaux villages de la Casinca et remonter jusqu'à Loreto pour faire provision de vos délicieuses charcuteries. Un vrai morceau de Corse à déguster tranquillement durant le séjour puis au retour sur le continent... jusqu'à la prochaine fois !
