In the large and lively square of the small village of Loreto, you can see the discreet sign of the Albertini delicatessen. Here you will find a wide range of home-made cold meats: coppa, lonzu, prisuttu, pancetta, bulagna and sausages. Figatelli, head and belly cheeses only in the winter season. Don't hesitate to call if you don't see anyone, they will come down from their house to serve you! In the summer, you can taste our cold meats, home-made cheese, jam, cheese or chestnut flour fritters.

Commerçant a l'écoute de ses clients , ne pas hésiter a faire un détour par le marché d'île rousse pour y faire vos achats de charcuterie, la marchandise est au top ainsi que le patron (vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper face aux halles 1er commerçant a gauche en montant les escaliers).

Charcuterie au top !... Celà fait plusieurs décennies que je déguste avec plaisir et gourmandise la charcuterie Albertini, située sur la place de Loreto di casinca. Les générations se succèdent, mais la qualité est toujours là.
Je vous conseille de goûter à ces produits de qualité .

Une tuerie ... je ne mange plus que c a , je suis devenu un vrai saucisson corse . A recommander mille fois .
Ma cave embaume des que l on passe la porte .
Mais mon stock diminue a vue d oeil mes amis squattent la cave maintenant.
