This estate, which has seen generations of winemakers come and go, is now run by Eugène Paoli. On this 11-hectare estate, the grapes are left to dry on slate terraces. This is the recipe for producing the very best Muscats. Wines born of this land swept by sea winds give whites a saline touch. AOC Coteaux du Cap Corse is also produced here, in all three colors, and regularly wins awards at national and international competitions. This muscat is made according to an ancestral method, without the addition of alcohol.
