Inspired by the Corsican culture, Clément Collet concocts original and tasty dishes renewed every month. For example: Calamari and panzetta/peas/carrot and lemon purée/pork mustard, Label Rouge lean meat and Diana's mussels/artichoke purée/Fregola sarda/Barigoule emulsion or farm lamb shoulder/brocciu and chard stuffed piquillos/Pulentina/black garlic

Service sympathique
Entrées et plats excellents. La surprise du chef, bien que délicieuse ne se mariait cependant pas avec le plat choisi.
Un peu déçue du dessert (l’entremet chocolat était trop chocolaté à mon goût)
Peu de choix pour les boissons également qui sont assez chères dans l’ensemble
