SAN MARTINU CHURCH
Church on a hilltop in the middle of the Patrimonio plain, the first building to catch the eye when you arrive in Nebbiu
Built in 1653 on an eminence in the middle of the Patrimonio plain, San Martinu church is the first building to catch the eye when arriving in the Nebbiu via the Col de Teghime road. The building's walls are unique in that they have not been plastered. As a result, the church appears to be made entirely of ochre stone, with the holes used to install the scaffolding clearly visible. The interior features a polychrome marble altar, 16th-century wood panels and 19th-century Italian painted decor.
