Small restaurant offering local cuisine made from local products.

This restaurant is run by the charming Anna-Livia, assisted by Thierry Mahe, a good Balinese chef, who offers local cuisine based on local produce. On the menu: Corsican specialties including migliacciole, a fresh cheese fritter, charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses, boccarini (Corsican-style tapas), and Pierre Geronimi's artisanal ice creams. Groups of 11 or more can reserve a table with a set menu. The terraces overlooking the bay of Algajola-Aregno offer an absolutely magnificent view!

Dîner le 24 août 2022, nous sommes d'abord allés visiter la ville très caractéristique, on y trouve de nombreux artisans, de la céramique aux produits locaux typiques. Le village est caractérisé par de nombreuses petites maisons aux volets et aux fenêtres bleues. J'ajouterai des photos plus tard. Revenant au dîner local caractéristique sur une terrasse surplombant une belle mer, je vous recommande de dîner lorsque le soleil est sur le point de se coucher, vous serez enchanté. Personnel très courtois, prix normaux pour la Corse, moyen-élevés pour les Italiens. J'ai eu une excellente salade de poulpe et ma femme un plateau de charcuterie et de fromages, deux verres de vin blanc local et une bouteille d'eau pour 45 euros.
