This restaurant is run by the charming Anna-Livia, assisted by Thierry Mahe, a good Balinese chef, who offers local cuisine based on local produce. On the menu: Corsican specialties including migliacciole, a fresh cheese fritter, charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses, boccarini (Corsican-style tapas), and Pierre Geronimi's artisanal ice creams. Groups of 11 or more can reserve a table with a set menu. The terraces overlooking the bay of Algajola-Aregno offer an absolutely magnificent view!
