MNEMOSINA MUSEUM
A museum retracing the region's history, with archaeological artefacts and explanatory panels on the various sites
The Mnemosina Museum is a small private ethnographic establishment created by Dr. Timo Pieri and his sisters, Daria and Niny. It welcomes visitors on Saturday mornings and on request, to present the historical and cultural events that have marked Fium'Orbu through the ages. Nine rooms display objects and documents on different themes, such as archaeology, popular arts and traditions, and resistance. Two rooms are devoted to messaging, writing and the evolution of communication from Antiquity to the present day.
