Hotel restaurant offering a menu made from the fruit of local producers that changes with the seasons
The Benvenuti family has been running the hotel restaurant l'Europe since 2004, right at the entrance to the pretty port of Saint Florent. The menu, based on fruit from local producers, changes with the seasons (Paul Colombani charcuterie and veal from Jacques Abbatucci). Foie gras terrine with Cap Corse muscat and figs, cheese fritters or parpadelles with prawns with ginger and coconut. Followed by delicious desserts to finish in beauty. The service is neat, attentive and friendly, with the nice sea view as a bonus! A sure value!

L’accueil fut très chaleureux, hôte très sympathique.
