A pleasant discovery just a stone's throw from the center of Saint-Florent, the Orizonte restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the swimming pool and the hotel grounds. Four years in Patagonia must have developed Julien's taste for good meat. It was with Mallory that he naturally took over from Jean-François. The menu focuses on Argentine Black Angus: flank steak, rump steak, tenderloin, T-bone steak and matured meats for connoisseurs, with portion weights as advertised. Great daily suggestions and a smiling, attentive team!

C’était tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés 2 jours après notre première visite et nous avons pris le magret de canard avec une sauce au miel à tomber…et le tomahawk avec une sauce au poivre (pour au moins 2 personnes) super bon, super tendre…exceptionnel… Le personnel très sympa et dynamique.
Je recommande le menu viandes dégustation pour 2. 800g et les frites sont très bonnes.
