A pleasant discovery just a stone's throw from the center of Saint-Florent, the Orizonte restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the swimming pool and the hotel grounds. Four years in Patagonia must have developed Julien's taste for good meat. It was with Mallory that he naturally took over from Jean-François. The menu focuses on Argentine Black Angus: flank steak, rump steak, tenderloin, T-bone steak and matured meats for connoisseurs, with portion weights as advertised.
