Behind the success of La Gaffe is Yann Le Scavarec, former chef of La Roya, whose mission is to enchant our taste buds. All the flavors are subtle, because this alchemy is an art that owes nothing to chance. The menu is short, and the daily suggestions on the slate are made up of fish and meat from local producers. Excellent. L'accueil, le service vraiment parfait. Ils sont au top avec les enfants, nous avons pu vraiment apprécier notre repas. Nous avons mangé tous le jour au restaurant et pour nous, il s'agit du meilleur que l'on ai fait! Bravo à toute l'équipe.
