Behind the success of La Gaffe is Yann Le Scavarec, former chef of La Roya, whose mission is to enchant our taste buds. All the flavors are subtle, because this alchemy is an art that owes nothing to chance. The menu is short, and the daily suggestions on the slate are made up of fish and meat from local producers. Xeme visite hier à ce merveilleux restaurant.
Tout est réuni pour en faire la perle de la Haute-Corse. Si Michelin ne lui accorde (ou plutôt restaure) pas une étoile, c'est à n'y rien comprendre. Merci pour ce moment d'exception.
