Charles and his wife devoted only 20% of their activity to olive oil, as honey production represented 80%. Their son, Olivier, who took over the reins, reversed these proportions. He has restored 1,500 centuries-old olive trees of the Sabine variety and planted 21 hectares of trees of the biancaghja and frantoio varieties. Exploitation familiale dans la tradition corse. On y trouve des produits de qualité issus du coin. La boutique accolée à la maison parentale se trouve en bas du village au bout d'un chemin étroit mais cela vaut le détour!
