FOIRE DU FROMAGE

It has been a quarter of a century since Venacu celebrates the local cheeses made from raw milk. A festive, gourmet and convivial event organized and animated by the association A Fiera di u Casgiu, with the active involvement of volunteers from the Venaco canton. A great event that offers visitors a real rural fair around the theme of farm cheeses. Of course, the local producers are part of the party and on the fairground visitors show their attachment to agricultural production and particularly cheese.
